Workers' Participation in Management
Abstract
Workers' participation in management which has not been adopted successfully in many industrial units is quite a relevant topic even in the present context. The country has not reached a level of development where a transition can be effectively made from the authoritarian style of management to a highly democratic style of management. However, the desired objective is to democratize the organizational structure and to have a larger measure of participation and democracy in industrial organizations. There are certain organizations where better results have been achieved, because of management's conviction in the democratic system and a strong will to implement it in the organization.Downloads
