Marketing Scope for Proteolytic Enzymes (Biotechnology Products) to Sustain Milk Business and to Grow Cattle Industry by Preventing Mastitis

Abstract

Milk is one of the Essential Commodities in India. The various sources of milk are Cow, Buffalo and Goat Milk contains Water, Protein, Fats, Carbohydrate (Sugar), Phosphate, Vitamins, Minerals and Calcium etc. It is necessary to produce quality milk to protect milk business. Of the many factors responsible for clean milk production, the most important factor is animal health. The paper examines the effect of Feed Grade Proteolytic Enzymes in reducing somatic cell numbers and hence by preventing mastitis.
